Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

Tenderweeks ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit tenderweeks.com, why we collect it, and your choices about it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your email address when you join our waitlist, and (when pre-orders open) your name, shipping address, payment information, and order details.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on pages. We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and advertising effectiveness.

How we use your information

  • To send you launch and pre-order notifications you've requested
  • To process and ship orders when pre-orders open
  • To improve our website and product offering
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and refine future campaigns
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To comply with legal obligations

Who we share it with

We share limited information with service providers that help us run the business:

  • Resend — to deliver email to your inbox.
  • Vercel — to host the website and serve pages to you.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure ad performance and reach similar people. The Meta Pixel may share aggregated event data with Meta.
  • Stripe (when pre-orders open) — to securely process payments. We never see or store your full card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers other than for measurement of our own ads.

Cookies & tracking

We use first-party and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized ads through your Meta Ad Preferences.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to opt out of certain processing; and to receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

California residents have rights under the CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tenderweeks.com.

Data retention

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe. Order records are retained as required by tax and consumer protection laws (typically seven years).

Children's privacy

Tenderweeks is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
