Terms of Service

Last updated: May 29, 2026

These Terms govern your use of tenderweeks.com and any products you order through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Pre-orders & waitlist

Joining our waitlist does not commit you to a purchase. When pre-orders open, you'll receive an email with the opportunity to reserve your kit at the early-access price.

Pre-order pricing is offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before you submit your order. We will not charge your card for a pre-order until your kit ships, which we estimate within three weeks of order placement.

Medical disclaimer

Tenderweeks products are wellness products designed to support post-cesarean recovery. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always follow the discharge and recovery instructions provided by your doctor or midwife. If you have specific medical concerns about C-section recovery, consult your healthcare provider.

Returns

Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened kits and individual opened components are non-returnable except in the case of a defect. Email hello@tenderweeks.com to initiate a return.

Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual property

All site content — copy, photography, layout, and brand marks — is owned by Tenderweeks and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenderweeks's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or its products will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY/STATE].

Placeholder — replace [STATE] and [COUNTY/STATE] with your entity's state of formation before launch.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
